Information I need for You!
Your Character's reference/ reference sheet (if you cannot provide one then at least have some pictures I can use as a reference)
If it is a fan art character same apply
Consider what pose and expression you want your character to have or the emote you want me to take inspiration from specifically.
What outfit you want your character to wear (if the ref doesn't have the outfit you want)
preferably have a Discord or Instagram account I can use to message you
Terms of Service
If you're going to commission me you automatically accept my terms of service
Payment must always be upfront (I won't start the commission unless I get paid first)
No refunds
You can only make changes in the sketch or linear stages. (Colouring changes are allowed)
Do not do big edits on my art in any circumstances. If you want any edits let me do it for you. But if it's something that makes me uncomfortable, it's an instant blacklist+block.
Rude and disrespectful clients will get blocked. If you contact me on a different acc, you will be blacklisted
I can turn down the commission for any reason. Forcing me to draw something out of my "I will not draw" list or something that makes me uncomfortable is an instant decline.
If you want an artwork by a certain deadline, you must pay extra and tell me before I accept the commission.
Let me know if you want updates on your commission
If you break any of their rules you will be blocked and blacklisted.
I'm fine with you using the commission for commercial use. But please let me know if you do.
No one is allowed to use my art as NFT or AI
